Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research by qualified professionals. They are NOT intended for human use, and sale for human consumption is strictly prohibited. Do not purchase if you intend any such use.
Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older and a qualified researcher to browse and purchase. By entering the store you confirm both, as required by the entry gate.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in USD. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only once we accept it.
Payment
Payment is offline only, by Zelle or bank transfer. Your order stays awaiting payment until we confirm the funds against your order reference, then it ships. Orders left unpaid may be cancelled.
Shipping
We ship within the USA via USPS, and offer local delivery within Los Angeles. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays.
Returns
Because these are research reagents, returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or incorrect, reported promptly with your order reference.
Limitation of liability
Products are provided “as is” for research. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXTGEN is not liable for any use of the products beyond their stated Research Use Only purpose.
