Everything NEXTGEN sells is a laboratory research material. This policy states what that means, who may buy it, and what buying it commits you to.

What Research Use Only means
Every product on this site is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not a drug, not a supplement, not a cosmetic, and not a food.
None of it is intended for human use. It may not be administered to people, and it may not be resold, repackaged, or supplied to anyone for that purpose.
No product on this site has been approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition.
Who may purchase
Orders are accepted only from qualified researchers and from institutions equipped to handle research materials safely — laboratories, universities, and comparable facilities.
You must be 21 years of age or older. By entering the site and placing an order you confirm both: that you are of age, and that you are acquiring these materials for legitimate research.
What we will not provide
We do not give dosing guidance, administration instructions, protocols for use in people, or any advice on human application — not on this site, not by email, and not through customer support. Requests for that information are declined.
Nothing we publish describes a therapeutic benefit, and no statement on this site should be read as one.
Your responsibility as the buyer
Once a product leaves us, how it is handled, stored, used, and disposed of is yours to control. You are responsible for complying with every law and institutional rule that applies to you, including any licence or registration your jurisdiction requires.
You are responsible for assessing whether a material is suitable for your work. We supply the purity data and the third-party certificate of analysis we hold; verifying suitability for your specific application is your part.
Handling and storage
Materials ship lyophilized. Store at room temperature, protected from light, and refrigerate after reconstitution. Handle with the protective equipment and containment your institution requires for research reagents.
If this policy is breached
We may refuse or cancel any order, at any point, where we have reason to believe the material is intended for human use or for resale to that end. We may do so without prior notice and may decline future orders from the same buyer.
