Where we ship
We ship within the United States via USPS. Local delivery is available within Los Angeles.
Rates
USPS Standard is a flat $12. Los Angeles local delivery is $20 and appears at checkout when your shipping address is in Los Angeles. Shipping is free on orders over $200.
Processing & awaiting payment
Payment is offline (Zelle or bank transfer). Your order stays awaiting payment until we confirm the funds against your order reference; it is prepared and shipped once payment is confirmed.
Tracking & packaging
You'll receive USPS tracking once your order ships. All orders are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging.
Storage & handling
Products ship at ambient temperature, protected from light in discreet packaging — no cold chain. Store lyophilized vials at room temperature away from light; refrigerate after reconstitution.
