Who we are
NEXTGEN supplies research peptides strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are Research Use Only and are not intended for human use.
Information we collect
Account data you provide: name, email, phone, and shipping/billing addresses.
Order data: the items you order, order totals, and the offline payment method you select (Zelle or bank transfer).
Technical data: basic logs and cookies needed to run the store, keep you signed in, and remember your age/qualified-researcher acknowledgement.
How we use it
To process and ship your orders via USPS or Los Angeles local delivery, to reconcile offline payments, to provide customer support, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payment data
We do not process card payments and do not store card numbers. Payments are made offline by Zelle or bank transfer; you send funds directly and we reconcile them against your order reference.
Data sharing
We share data only with the carriers that fulfil your order and with service providers that host the store, and only as needed to deliver your order or comply with the law.
Retention & your rights
We keep order and account records for as long as required for accounting and compliance. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
